Skip the stuff at the store, and skip the preservatives, sugars and unnecessary additives.
Here is a scrumptious home version that you can whip up on the fly, and use to your delight! We love dipping pizza, cauliflower wings, veggies and pita into our homemade Ranch!
Servings: 4 hefty scoops
Gluten-free, refined sugar-free
•2 cups nonfat greek yogurt
•2 tsp garlic powder
•1 tsp onion powder
•juice of half a lemon
•1/2 tsp salt
•freshly ground black pepper to taste
•4 tbs water
•1 tbs fresh dill, chopped
•1 tbs fresh chives, chopped
•optional – splash of dill pickle juice, pepperoncini juice, jalapeno juice
•optional – 1/2 tsp honey
In a medium mixing bowl, stir all ingredients together well. Taste and adjust to your liking – with either more salt, pepper, dill pickle juice, lemon and/or honey!
Serve with your favorite sliced vegetables, pizza, chicken and cauliflower wings!
